ph6789 Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph6789 platform — whether through a web browser on a mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer — and by creating a player account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of ph6789, including visitors browsing the site and registered players participating in any games or wagering activities.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph6789 platform or create an account. ph6789 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use ph6789, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from ph6789 or had an account suspended or terminated for violations.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

ph6789 enforces age verification through a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity check. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a UMID card, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or passport — along with a selfie for facial comparison. No withdrawal will be processed until KYC is successfully completed.

3 Account Responsibility

Each player may hold only one active ph6789 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If ph6789 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device, IP address, payment method, or identity — all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. ph6789 will never ask you to share your password or OTP with anyone — including our support team.

All activity recorded under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph6789 immediately through official support channels. ph6789 cannot reverse transactions completed before a security compromise is reported.

4 Deposits, Payments, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph6789 — deposits, wagers, winnings credits, and withdrawals — are denominated and processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currencies or cryptocurrency options available on the platform.

Accepted deposit channels include Philippine bank transfers and local e-wallets as supported by the platform at the time of the transaction. GCash and Maya are examples of e-wallet channels that may be available. Payment channel availability may change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the player's registered payout channel — a Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet. The name registered on the payout channel must exactly match the name on the player's verified ph6789 account. Withdrawals to mismatched names will not be processed.

• Credit cards are not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• Cryptocurrency is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Processing timelines vary by channel and may be affected by banking hours and volumes.

ph6789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a security concern.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

ph6789 offers a range of games including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slot games, eBingo, and sports betting. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

Players must use ph6789 solely for personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display irregularities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets for the purpose of laundering funds or circumventing financial regulations.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its operations.

ph6789 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where any of the above is suspected or confirmed. Any winnings derived from prohibited activities are not payable.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

ph6789 may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Any such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

ph6789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time. Players who attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through bonus exploitation, multi-accounting, or collusion — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended. All promotional decisions by ph6789 are final.

7 Responsible Gaming

ph6789 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and time limits in mind.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players in their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you've been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.

If gaming is causing financial or personal difficulties, we strongly encourage you to use self-exclusion and seek support. More information is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

8 Privacy and Data

ph6789 collects personal information during registration and KYC verification for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is handled in accordance with the ph6789 Privacy Policy.

ph6789 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected during KYC — including copies of identification documents — is stored securely and used only for verification purposes. For a full description of how your data is collected, stored, and used, please read the Privacy Policy.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

ph6789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorised account access or payment fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate games or exploit platform errors.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity that ph6789 determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of its operations.

Where an account is terminated for a verified breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. ph6789 will communicate the reason for termination where permitted by law and applicable policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

ph6789 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may affect access.

ph6789 is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, game result disputes unrelated to documented errors, or decisions made by players in connection with their use of the platform. Your use of ph6789 is at your own discretion and risk.

11 Changes to These Terms

ph6789 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.

For significant changes, ph6789 may notify registered players via the contact information associated with their account. However, lack of notification does not affect the validity of updated Terms once published.

12 Contact and Support

If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions or need assistance with your ph6789 account, you can reach our support team through the contact channels listed on the platform. All support communications should include your registered account email for faster resolution.
